Southampton
A distribution depot serving convenience retailers and forecourts in the region. The depot operates a fleet of 35 vehicles on 36 routes.
What you'll be doing
Greencore Food to Go are looking to recruit a Dispatch ops our Southampton depot.
This is a great opportunity
From the simple sandwich to a range of chilled foods, our customers need fresh stock daily and you could be part of our nationwide team making some of those 3.5 million deliveries each year and keeping Britain fed.
You would be expected to work five days on 8-hour shifts per week, which would include weekends on a rota basis and overtime at time and a quarter, if you want to work a sixth day.
Shift times:
9:00pm-5:30am
On Despatch you'll be responsible for:
The function of the dispatch department is to follow the goods in/goods out process which includes breaking down stock and sorting into orders ready for dispatch. Following safety procedures including carrying out temperature checks.
