Here in Boston we employ around 400 colleagues and produce ready to eat salads, prepared vegetables and snacks for many of the major retailers such as Coop, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar and BOL.
What you'll be doing
NEW PAY RATE - *****£11.65 per hour*****
Shifts available:
Days - 12 hour shifts (06:00-18:00) (05:00-17:00) (04:00-16:00)
2's and 3's B or A shift. Full time Permanent.
We are currently looking for skilled factory workers to work across the site, in various areas including Packing, Mixing, Low care, High care or Assembly.
If successful you would be streamlined into one of the above areas.
As a skilled factory operative, you will be responsible for ensuring due diligence is followed and have a right first-time approach. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- (Essential) Previous food manufacturing or manufacturing experience
- Good level of English & Maths
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- Ability to work unsupervised.
