What you'll be doing
Due to development and growth, Greencore Warrington are looking to recruit Line Coordinators within our Production Department.
Our shift pattern is 4 on / 4 off - days
Some of the duties include:
Setting up of the line at the start of the run - equipment and ingredients.
Monitor the equipment during operation to ensure that line efficiencies are maintained
To liaise with the production operators to ensure quality and the efficient running of the line and liaise with the Zone Manager regarding any issues that occur.
Liaison with the site Asset care / Engineering team for repairs and general maintenance.
Comply with food safety and Health and Safety standards and controls to ensure all work is carried out correctly and safely
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvements to promote Health & Safety and / or operational efficiency and effectiveness
What we’re looking for
A person with strong communication skills
An understanding of operating procedures / principles
Ability to set up and monitor automated machinery
Food/FMCG Manufacturing Experience is desirable
